"Great little hotel in Split. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable: a little dated and the bathroom had a faint drainage smell, but that didn't bother us. About 25 mins walk into the old town and 10-20 minutes walk from some lovely beaches; great location as rideshares into town were only around 5 euros. Staff were friendly and very helpful! "I was honestly surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay here, especially after seeing some older mixed reviews. It’s clear that Andreas has really improved the place — the room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very welcoming. "This was just the coolest room. We felt like we were stepping back in time. A small living room and kitchen downstairs and bedroom upstairs. Beautifully restored. So comfortable and cozy. "Had an amazing stay, would thoroughly recommend. It being slightly detached from the town made it a really desirable place to stay in terms of how quiet it was. The little houses were an interesting concept and I really enjoyed mine. The only criticism I’d have is that there is no street lighting or pavement on the main road for the first maybe 200-300 metres, making walking at nighttime slightly disconcerting, but that shouldn’t put you off staying in this wonderful complex."

"Es war alles traumhaft schöne. Sauber, ordentliche, große Terrasse und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Für Leute die ein leichten schlaf haben und etwas längere schlafen wollen. Nimmt euch am besten oropax mit, denn die Türen sind normale Zimmertüren(dünn). Die Türen werden doch meistens zu geschlagen."
