We especially appreciate how accessible the property is - the parking is close to the entrance, the walkways are spacious, and the amenities are easy to reach. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Great time catching some World Cup games in the restaurant too. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The property was well kept and staff friendly. The pool and hot tub were awesome! They also had a nice lounge with TVs and board games which was nice. The bbq grills could use a deep cleaning though, it detered my wife and I from grilling. Overall, a great time and experience."

"If you’re a first-time guest at this property, be very precise when placing your breakfast order with the cook. Unfortunately, the cook has an attitude and can come across as unfriendly. Overall, however, the staff—from the front desk to the housekeeping team and servers—are excellent and provide outstanding service."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Residence Inn Sunnyvale Silicon Valley I! This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The location is convenient, the views are lovely, and breakfast was included. Our room was incredibly spacious — more like a small townhouse than a regular hotel room. It had two floors, a full kitchen, three TVs, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, dishes, plates, and many thoughtful kitchen supplies, including dishwasher detergent. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels...

"Very sweet staff. The room was clean and very well maintained! The breakfast buffet was also very very nice and generous with its options. Parking may be tight but it is free and we had no issues with parking a midsize SUV! Awesome location, close to Stanford and food places near by. Walgreens is across the street, easy in case you need something you forgot! Best of all, quiet despite the Main Street right there"

"Thing i have to say is. Pool says 8am-10pm First night. They told us pool was closed at 8pm when sign says 10pm and it was 745pm Next mornings 930am said pool closed she is the only one there and have to wait for someone else comes in. When talk to another staff. They didnt know what to do. They said we could have a late checkout at 1pm. Told us all set. We were locked out of room at 1130am. Person never put in computer."
