"When I went to check in there was no one there. I called and no one answered. By the time they had called me back I had already had to find another place to stay. Would not recommend to anyone."

"Walked into my hotel room and it had a nasty smell. Smell never went away. Found bugs under the bed. Staff were rude. Watched my hotel room like stalkers Bcs my kids were crying. Well what do you expect when a kid isn’t comfortable and is far away from home. Ended up leaving a day before my stay was over. Not worth the price. And never once got a refund nor will get a refund👎.0/10 don’t recommend!!"

"We got to the property late so we were unable to use the pool. The room we had did not have a shade for the window so we had to change our clothes in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great! Good breakfast in the morning."

"Honestly - Do not stay here! They have local residents staying longer term, which just brings noise all night long. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets, towels should have been replaced many years ago. Hallway just stinks like smoke and weed. For a few dollars more.....go somewhere else!!"

"The. Property is very clean and well maintained. Looks like they have done major renovations. Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind. Everyone was eager to help. We loved our stay. We will definitely come back and highly recommend. Free breakfast was also good. Bengals, scrambled eggs, muffins, yogurt and waffles. The location is also great, with mountain around it, was beautiful. Overall excellent stay"

THE BED HAD A SINK HOLE IN IT AND THE ROOM SMELLED FUNNY!!I IF I WASN'T RUNNING BEHIND IN TIME FOR MY APPOINTMENTS I WOULD NOT OF STAYED THE ONE DAY SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T STAY HERE SLEEP IN THE STREET INSTEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The hotel is a unique property that artfully blends history with modern amenities. The rooms are well appointed. The staff is helpful. A group of us stayed and were able to room hop and enjoy the different spaces. This is a new favorite hotel."
