Our arrival was totally lacking, we weren’t told where the amenities were what restaurants hours were etc.. We had to crawl down for all of that. Tropicals of Palm Beach Condominium
Tropicals of Palm Beach, Aiva, provided a room that didn’t match the description, maintenance issues and unsanitary conditions with mold and a non-draining shower. I didn’t get settled until 1am the first night and had to change rooms. Very bad experience- I don’t recommend staying here.

Delray Breakers on the Ocean
The hotel is dated but a wonderful group of people. Low brow. Beautiful beach access. Pool is nice & clean and perfect temp. Putting green is fun. Great coffee, ease to towels. Bathrooms & tv needs works, but new kitchens have been installed
