The property was quite dusty. I also dont agree with the 3pm checkin and 11.30am check out. That is not a full day and the fee is for a day and as such i think its robbery.

This condo must have been quite the beaut in its early days... stainless steel appliances, shiplap furniture, brand name linens, you name it... but unfortunately time has took its toll and the appliances are now mere ornaments, except for refrigerator who's days are also numbered. Would definitely recommend an overhaul on the entire decor.

clean, functional, TV with cable, appliances working well (microwave knob only functioned mainly on 'popcorn'), stove and washing facilities worked well ( just the written heat levels on the stove and washing were faded); we liked the common balcony with yet still private access from bedrooms and living room, easy access to pool which was not a danger for the younger ones as all one level... we liked the fact that there were two security booths in the vicinity and were there round the clock. Towels and sheets were available with toiletries as promised. Access to the property manager was present.

The property manager was on site to settle us in. He was very attentive. All amenities stated were provided. Accommodation spacious. Outside the green spaces and pool were well maintained. I would definitely return to this villa. Very calming.
