Travel to Lower Chittering

Excellent staff and service. However, the rooms appear to have shrunk. I would be very careful in staying again in the so-called “Petite King” rooms for more than a couple of nights for business visits. A bit inconvenient with small room to move, no cupboard, no iron/ironing board (were provided on request but rooms not come equipped), one barely medium size table with kettle and supposed to be used for all other business work. Slightly disappointed on this visit with what the management has done.

Excellent location in Scarborough. Spacious 2 bedroom studio room with all amenities required. Laundry room external to room on same level with free use of washing machine/dryer. Comfortable beds. Lovely balcony looking out to the ocean. Only downfall was minimal parking for guests and not many options along street.

Stayed for 3 nights while I attended pracs as the location was close to my college. Lovely spacious room. Easy parking, very friendly front desk staff. Thank you for making my stay comfortable. Also lovely breakfast buffet and room service. Great place.

Hotel service for both check in / out was quick Room was lovely

Unfortunately the pool was closed for the week and we were only notified late. Our granddaughter was looking forward to the pool. The cleaning behind and at the side of the fridge hadn’t been cleaned for a while and under the cushions on the couch was dirty. When management were advised it was rectified immediately. Other than that the staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful.
