"I booked this hotel because of the amenities. We got there and the receptionist said the pool closes in 15 minutes. The arcade was closed. The waterpark was closed. Everything was closed. We got there at 830. The waterpark didn’t even open the next day. Have no idea if the arcade did the receptionist ..."
