This property is cute and the room was impeccably clean. The front desk staff member met us just after midnight and was friendly and professional. We would stay there again, but with a couple of contingencies: new, softer beds ( the bed was sooooo uncomfortable and hard for osteoarthritis and fibro) and actual blackout shades as advertised only Expedia and the property website. It was incredibly bright for sleeping. Luckily, we brought eye masks and we were bone tired when we arrived, so that helped. Otherwise, the property is new and perfect. We just had to rate it 2 stars because of those issues.

This property was perfect for my needs. It is brand new so everything is clean and looks fresh. The bed was comfortable. The AC and heat both worked well. I used the fridge and freezer but not the microwave or cooktop. I read ahead of time that the kitchen is not stocked with dishes so I brought my own. I think the bad reviews are from people who have not read about the property. Yes, it is has limited desk hours. Yes, you need to provide your own toiletries. There are no special amenities… no pool, no breakfast, no fancy toiletries. And because of that, the price is phenomenal. I only paid $67 a night. I only stayed 4 nights so I didn’t have any housekeeping services. That was fine with me… it is clear in the description of the property. In fact I only saw staff when checking in and out. My room was located conveniently at the end of the hall by the stairs and I was able to get in and out of my room quickly and easily. I did use the elevator and a provided cart for moving in and out. My only complaint is there is not a lot of insulation of noise. I did hear a lot of noise above me and next to me. The room next to me seemed to have an active conversation from midnight to 3 each night. I don’t fault the hotel for that. I will definitely be staying at this property again when I am in the Rogers area. The location is excellent. You are very close to a Walmart and other shopping, gas, fast food and local restaurants. As well as interstate 49.

This place is neat, clean, and convenient to Rogers, but the amenities are sorely lacking and we were going to be charged for extra towels?! No one was at the front desk most of the time. Customer service not great, but hotel served its purpose for Arkansas Graduation.

No shampoo. Only a tiny hand soap. Nobody helping at the desk. We had to call the property to complain. The first night, no service. The next day the owner said he is new to the business, and he didn't have enough help. Then why does he list the property?
