Good stay would do again.

Good stay, staff let us check in early which was good of them as we were heading to another country and not back till early hours next day. Only thing that i didn't like was check out was by 12 and we had cleaners trying to come in twice just after 9am.

Příjemný víkend s rodinou

Skvělý a vstřícný personál, kvalitní restaurace. Využili jsme welness i masáž. Vše bylo v pořádku, velice kvalitní masáž, vřele doporučujeme. Jediné co by se dalo doporučit ke zlepšení jsou snídaně. doporučila bych použit více lokálních produktu místo klasické nabídky - sunka sýr jogurt v plastovém kelímku atd… případně aspoň standardní sladké pečivo z listoveho těsta nahradit domácím koláčem pečeným přímo v hotelu. Co tak jogurt do sklenice dělaný přímo v hotelu se sezonní ovocem jako náhrada za plastové kelímky.. Určitě by se to vyplatilo :-)

Terrible check-in process overall

For the past couple of times, the check-in process has been terrible. They never find my bookings made through Hotels.com into their systems, and I end up staying in whatever rooms they have available, not with the same conditions as booked.
