"Hotel needs updating ! Toilets ran and the sink ran hot on cold setting. Rug was worn but staff was great! Food in the bar very fair!"

"Good location, great bar, and restaurant. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan when you take a shower other than that property is perfect."

Sentral Union Station
"The hotel itself was great, a lot of amenities and in a really good location. Front desk staff questioned why we would need one more towel in a room with three people where only two towels were provided. Also questioned why an extra blanket for sleeping was needed.. took awhile to get either."

"Be aware if you need an ADA room: I had a first floor room that had sewage/toilet waste water flood from the shower drain. However, the staff took care of it right away and came to a mutual agreement that I have ZERO complaints against."

"The apartment we stayed in @ Kasa Union Station was perfect for us. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for me & my daughter. The location was great and very close/walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and a Whole Foods for us to stock our kitchen. ..."
