"Stunning setting and what we thought was going to be an amazing stay. Might be our fault for going to a hotel in the first week but as the week went on, the following happened: - charged £700 more because we booked via Expedia - why has this happened? - no systems internally are working, everything was difficult - washing took 2.5 days to happened, when we called up and asked where it was, they said they would find it and ring back but no response till we called the following morning "

Could do with slightly more foliage in between villa terraces for added privacy and the cleaner should sweep when changing towels etc..other than that the owners were extremely friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. Definitely need to rent a car. "

"The staff here are super friendly and helpful. There are both a bus line and a ferry that are easily accessible. "Areti Suites is conveniently located near the Chania airport on Crete, and it was a delight. The room was clean and very comfortable, located on the ground floor right by the pool, which I used as soon as I awoke the next morning. And breakfast was ample and nutritious, with the option of sitting outside. Lovely experience all around. "

"Situated in a quiet corner of Chania but close to everything the old town and harbour have to offer, La Maison Ottomane is an old renovated building with three unique rooms.
