firstly what a fantastic hotel - stayed for 2 weeks and had a very relaxing break and stay - staff very friendly and helpful, with the Botanic bar a personal favourite BUT disappointingly it is NOT a golf resort (private members only) as we were politely ushered out of the clubhouse when enquiring about tee times 😢 but still a good spot for the other vilamoura course - overall a great stay but would have been nicer to play golf ⛳️

This is a beautiful hotel, although in some places, it could do with some refurbishment. The staff are excellent, very helpful and the pool service was very efficient. We enjoyed the complementary shuttle service to the Marina every night, although it would have been nice if the last bus back had been after 9pm. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Reading light in bed is missing. Breakfast is very good. Drinks are overpriced and poor quality. Free valet parking is a nice option. Over all we where happy about the hotel.

Great place - worth it!!

Great Location, great food, great service everything was pristine and staff had smiles all the time - only slight frustration was the time to get access to the room after normal check in time due to a major event the day before - but hey the whole trip was wonderful

From when we arrived at the hotel to the day we left, everything was absolutely fantastic. All staff were friendly and respectful and couldn’t do enough to help. The room we stayed in was perfect, the quality and choice of food at breakfast was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at the hotel. I would highly recommended staying in this hotel.
