"The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Parking was simple and the room was very clean."

"The room was so comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen was well-supplied. The only problem is that there was not a smart TV, just satellite or cable with a limited number of channels. Breakfast options are delicious."

"We like the layout of the room. It was very clean and the hotel had nice amenities. Breakfast was good and the staff was exceptional. The pool was nice and clean. Patrick who worked the bar and also the morning breakfast area was exceptional. This hotel experience was one of the better ones I’ve had in a long time."

"Hotel was ok but not too comfortable, the bed was small for a queen seemed like a full size. It was on a metal base with no boxspring so not comfortable at all. Had to keep asking for toilet paper cuz they would only leave one at a time. You had to call and make appt for the room to be cleaned but they would not take the trash out had to do it ourselves. Dont think we'll be staying there again."

"Check in took a while. Two of us. Maybe the clerk didn't know how to do Expedia? The fridge was not working but was replaced by a man who spoke No english. It was a bit noisy being right next to the turnpike. We went to get more than just bath towels from the main desk after check in. Room was quite clean but the grounds were trashy. Breakfast ran out of eggs at 8:30 and waffle spout fell off. Overall just not first class."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We arrived in after 9 hours of driving at 2 am, we just needed a place to stop for the night to get some rest for our continued travels in the morning. I called ahead of time notifying them that we would be arriving later in the night such as 1-2 am, the employee on the phone said it wasn’t an issue. "Run down, old. When I booked it said fair field suites.... after circling the area several times I went into the baymont/holiday inn so ask where the fsirfield suites was located. The woman working got irritated and said it is the location I am at. Confusing since the name of the suites isnt located anywhere on or in the building. Hesitantly checked in. Drove around to park. Tried to enter the side door where I parked. Broke. Went around to the back ...that door!qa also broken. ...

"The property was decent. However, when you request housekeeping there is no guarantee they will come. Gym was usable but not very clean."
