"I booked 2 rooms. The smell in the room on the 1st floor was almost unbearable. It had a stark stench of mildew. The furniture (sofa and rugs) on the 3rd floor were just absolutely filthy with stains. The pool and the gym were inoperable. I was extremely disappointed."
