"We had an exceptional experience. The pool area stood out as a particular highlight, notable for its cleanliness, excellent maintenance, and ability to keep our children engaged for extended periods. The teamwork exhibited by Eric Brown and the staff was invaluable, as they consistently exceeded expectations to ensure our needs were met, and our room provided ample space for our luggage without any sense of clutter. "The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. The outdoor pool was closed and we couldn’t even sit outside by the pool on a nice day because the staff said we weren’t allowed to due to state regulations. The gym had one treadmill and it was out of order and almost half of the free weights were missing. Intended on working out while we were there but not possible. The ice machine on the fifth floor where we were staying was also out of order. On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location and staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean."
