"To start with, no check in information was sent to me before I arrived. When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text. I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in. Once in the property, things didn't really improve. "All was good"

"Really smart hotel downstairs, reception and bar / restaurant are very nicely done. Rooms seem slightly outdated compared to the hotel itself but pretty good otherwise. No a/c though so it means the rooms are very warm. Shower had a bizarre layout too with water pressure not very strong so it dripped onto a metal shelf below the head. I’d stay again if I were in Loughborough though."

"Great location, I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years. Hotel offers free car parking. And great views of Jubilee Campus. The Flexi card (to access the room using my phone) didn’t work. So I had to get a physical card. But other than that - a straightforward visit. Sometimes noise from the atrium did echo around the building - but it wasn’t a huge problem"
