Pas de vue sur les montagnes mais sur la rue passante. lit deux places type clic clac inconfortable. Pas de draps housse mais des draps plats à la place qui se défont toutes les nuits. Pas de pression dans la douche. Des murs un peu sales.

Agradable para familia de 4 personas

El alojamiento está en el centro de la ciudad y al lado del Skyvall. La pega es que no te dejan las sabanas y toallas en la habitación por lo que tienes que trasladarlas desde la recepción hasta el apartamento que están en sitios distintos y lo mismo cuando dejas el alojamiento porque las tienes que depositar en el mismo sitio. Hay aparcamiento en los alrededores pero no es propio del alojamiento. En los apartamentos, la cama para adultos en un sofá cama algo pequeño. Cuando entramos el apartamento estaba muy acogedor porque habían dejado puesta la calefacción. Todo estaba muy limpio (no me cuadra con los múltiples comentarios que se quejan de lo contrario)

bon sejour dans l'ensemble la montagne ,l'Espagne a proximité .Le tour du lac est une vraie bouffé d'air pur !. La balneotherapie un plaisir pour ce prelasser dans l'eau et ce decontracté !

Attention ce n est pas un hôtel. Pour une nuit par hôtels.com on est en “confort” donc on a les draps et serviettes dans un sac dans la chambre mais il faut faire les lits. Ce n etait pas précisé, ca surprend. Pour un séjour de plus de 6 jours les draps ne sont pas fournis. Bien équipé mais l interieur parait vieillot. Propre mais vieillot Très bien situé centre village et près de balnea.

belle situation

juste un petit séjour de 3 nuits, nous avons choisi cet hotel car juste à traverser un joli pont pour rejoindre la Balnéo. appartement correct car nous étions 2 pers, 3 c'est bien encore, 4 , a mon gout c'est un peu juste. la sale de bain est petite. par contre beaucoup de placards, ca c'est bien. globalement c'est pas mal, et j'y reviendrai sans souci.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y bien estructurado, pero luego, un desastre el resto de cosas. el horario de recepción es reducido, el check in es entre las 16:00 y las 19:00, y el check out a las 10:00. En el check in te dan las sabanas y toallas y tienes que llevarlas tu al alojamiento, ponerlas y quitarlas y echarlas " a lavar" cuando te vas. No había papel higiénico, y después de pedirlo, nos dieron 1 rollo en una caja (teníamos 2 baños porque era un apartamento para 10 personas...)

Le logement est idéalement situé, l'appartement que nous avons eu était très bien. L'accueil du personnel était super. Seul bémol le ménage.. Vraiment mal fait.

Restitution clefs trop tôt le matin

Séjour d’une nuit du vendredi au samedi. Rien à redire à part un petit détail ... L’heure de restitution des clefs est à 10h du matin se qui est un peu tôt car en déjeunant vers 9h il ne reste pas beaucoup de temps pour ranger ... 11h voir midi serait largement préférable ...

La opinion general es aceptable excepto el capítulo de comunicacion. Se nos dijo que los miércoles no había servicio de recepcion sin especificar alternarivas para obtener las llaves. Intenramos contactar mediante correo electrónico en dos ocasiones la semana anterior sin respuesta. El mismo miércoles llamamos varias veces al telefono indicado y nadie respondió. Finalmente las llaves estaban fuera de la recepción en una consigna cuya clave esraba al alcance de cualquiera. El entorno del lago es precioso.

Excellent

Appartement extremement propre. Rien à redire. Pour une nuit, serviettes et draps compris. Chauffage très efficace. Pas de lit double pour les couples, le canapé étant une banquette avec tiroir lit en dessous mais ça ne nous a pas gêné. Nous réserverons à nouveau ici pour se prochains séjours.
