"中午想去酒店放低行李後外出，但接待處沒有職員當值（推測可能午飯時間），只有指示牌告知如需找職員協助，須致電指示牌上的電話，但因為我只有上網卡，沒有通話功能，所以只好在大堂等待，但好彩當時有一對韓國夫婦，他們直接致電尋找職員，大約幾分鐘後便有職員到接待處處理，check out當天，接待處有職員當值。酒店大致上整體設施都很新淨及舒服。好處的是很近松亭沙灘，壞處是交通有點不便，但去樂天世界及outlet那邊就很近。附近的餐廳都很好吃，亦有很多cafe，質素都不錯。"

"The room was clean when I arrived. The staff were kind & helpful when I stored my luggage before my check-in. The view was awesome. I saw surfers, people playing around, & other fun stuff from my hotel room."

"The room is spacious and comfort, equipped with hot spring facility. The sea-view is also nice. The meals are served mainly with local fresh seafood and taste really good. The location actually is not too far from the Busan city, very easy to get around by bus. I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. ^_^"

"The property is absolutely beautiful breakfast changes every couple of days from continental and fry up to fruit and Korean dishes If you drink tea ( English tea) bring plenty you can’t buy them in Korea it’s coffee and fruit teas Beach is on top of your hotel Rooms are like the photos I’m definitely going to stay there again"

"Disgusting property, do not believe the reviews. Was changed not once but to 3 different rooms! Each room was poorly maintained, disgusting/had wall damages, and mold. Do not stay here, it is not worth your time."

"Hotel room was beautiful, I loved the fireplace and the ocean view . Staff were super sweet.They gave me an umbrella when it was raining. Hotel is far from some of the attractions, if you don't have a car. But it was easy to get to and from the hotel via bus. It was nice having a convenience store right beside the hotel too. I really enjoyed my stay."
