"Bed was rock hard, shower pressure was like a razor, initially gave me a room with two queens when my reservation was a king, the staff were great and did get that fixed."

"When we first arrived they didn't give me the room I asked for 3 months ago when I made the reservation, they should of let us know that the hotel was booked for a convention for narcotics anonymous, the hotel was full of skechy looking people , I wasn't comfortable waking alone in the stairwells and hallways, there was dogs and smoking of everything at every door way. It's a very noisy hotel I could hear the snoring in the next room, the only good thing is that it was clean and there was a good breakfast."
