"If you book through Expedia, it reads that late check-in is by 8:30 pm in your confirmation invoice. That is no longer the case, can check-in as late 10pm. If later, call in advance to see if you can make other arrangements. They do have a phone outside the main entrance for late arrivals after 10pm with instructions obtained room key."

"We arrived at about 9:00pm and there was no one there to check is in and the front door was locked. Luckily someone was coming out so we were able to get inside. The contact phone number on a little sign at the front was disconnected so we couldn’t contact anyone. I eventually found a message that was sent to me in the Hotels.com site that had instructions to get into the room."
