"First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone!...

"Lovely property, amazing pool, beautiful apartments. WiFi was not great also we requested our room to be cleaned but no one came so we had no cleaning service for 5 days but otherwise very happy and pleased with our stay"

"Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles gut ausgestattet und auf einem modernen Stand der Technik. Die Anlage befindet sich in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. "Great Apartments, clean & modern, not too far from all the hustle and bustle however is on top of quite a steep hill, we just hired e-scooters for the week and was fine but would definitely stay again, did t try the hotel food other than the toasties at the pool so couldn’t comment on the food but the toasties were great! Top tip get your drinks from supermarket at the hotel pool bar more than triple the shop "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Sun Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which really made a difference to our experience. "The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+ The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing. The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay."

"Fabulous holiday in this hotel. Apartment was great, bedroom, kitchen and sitting area were all excellent. The large balcony/terrace made the holiday.
