I had coordinated a surprise for them ahead of time, and the hotel team truly went above and beyond to help me bring it to life. Raul and Emma were absolutely amazing—so communicative, responsive, and genuinely kind. They made the entire process smooth and treated my parents with such care during their stay, which meant a lot to me. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and clearly prepared with attention to detail. The hotel is also in a very central location, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall, an incredible experience from start to finish. I’m so grateful to the team for helping make my parents’ anniversary so special!"
