"I’d stay here again, it’s rooms are perfectly acceptable, the beds need better mattresses, there dated, but apart from that, the rooms are good. The staff are lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. It’s a little walk to the beach, and the hills are not for the faint hearted, but taxis are always available, right outside. "

"Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return. "

"Really enjoyed staying here and would return again. On arrival, we upgraded to a room with air con which was great - room as very big, kitchen dated (but perfectly fine), rest was modern, big balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel complex was very big - 3 pools to choose from, great location, 24hr mini market 2 min walk away, lots of ramps to get to rooms. Highly recommend. "

"We were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Lovely spacious 1 bedroomed apartment lovely and clean. We visited in September so quite hot, there is no air conditioning but the ceiling fan helped a lot but still quite sticky of a night. The only negative is the location about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Fine on the way down but up hill coming back. I would definitely stay again. "

"The staff were lovely and the breakfast options were okay ( british breakfast options mostly). Our room was very spacious and we had a balcony, but the cleanliness isnt great, you can tell the place is a bit older, some of our sheets had holes in it and the bed/pillows werent the most comfortable. Overall decent though, we had everything we needed and it was easy to cook at home as we had a nice hob, oven and a big fridge. I would say the three star rating is accurate.
