"Nice design of space and walk ability to downtown. The property is VERY noisy, expect to hear all the traffic, sirens, dogs barking, music, etc. the rooms are not at all insulated for sound. Most of the staff was very friendly. The people at the front desk were professional but not very friendly overall. "We were there with our 7 year old son. All three of us thought the resort was amazing. The food was absolutely outstanding. I have stayed at approximately 60 all inclusive resorts and this one had the best food. Delicious filet mignon pretty much every night, yes please! Our room was perfect for us with amazing views. Kids pool could have been a bit warmer, but we got used to it quickly once in. Overall, a great place and we will be back!"

"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar.
