"We had a swim out pool room and it was ok, nothing special. Our mini fridge had warm drinks and when we called to have cold drinks brought to us they brought warm drinks again. We asked for a bucket of ice and they said ok 2 min and 24 hours later we still had warm drinks and no ice. We would have loved to enjoy some cold drinks in our pool but that didn’t happen. "Fuimos mi novio y yo y nos gustó mucho que todos son muy amables y nos ayudaron en toda nuestra estadía, tiene muy buena ubicación, la playa está muy accesible 10/10 Hay mucha música por todos lados al mismo tiempo pero no era molesto (al menos no para mí). "Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, the sushi at the pool was incredible, and the drinks were great. We missed a more personalized experience like we've had at other Cabo hotels...getting to know the staff and having them greet us by name, treats left for the kids in the room, and the warm welcome & farewell.
