"We love everything about the Rio Palace. We love how friendly everyone was. Love the attention from servers and the ones cooking in the buffet. Will definitely be back. Only thing you can't swim in the beach to rough. But just get a Uber and go to mangos deck like 4 minute drive. "

"I love all the staff are very nice shout out to Samantha from entertainment,Ary from entertainment theyre very kind,helpful and hardworking. Shout out to Orlando from Italian restaurant and Gisela from retaurant close by the pool.theyre very helpful.the only thing i dont like is the restroom below the restaurant close by the pool.2 rooms were very dirty and only 2 were funtioning out of 4.tlyou should bulid anothe clean restroom with good lighting.Sushi restaurant should be in a nice cozy room...
