"The property was unique and in a great location. We walked to Gibraltar twice and also enjoyed the excellent cafes in La Linea so we got the best of both worlds! Our house boat was the smallest so it was very compact, but it was comfortable for the 2 of us. Storage was thoughtfully appointed, plus the rooftop seating area was comfortable with an awesome view! "I loved the location of the property as it was high up on a hill and the views of the sea are amazing and views of the mountains and the different villages and golf courses were fantastic. The staff were amazing and very nice and friendly! I particularly liked Victoria and Christian who both worked so hard and treated me like family! Kudos to them. I will definitely come back to stay at your hotel!"

"I initiated a chat last night with Navdeep and I am still awaiting a reply. I started another conversation this morning with another CSR and have received no communication. This hotel is not as described and I am looking for a refund for last night and the next two days. We have nowhere else to go and I am in business meetings all day today and tomorrow. "After booking I received an email stating that I needed to check I by 17:30 otherwise there was an extra 20€ charge. I specifically made sure I was booking a room with a microwave, but when checking in the receptionist said twin rooms don't have kitchen, I had to show her the description on hotels.com staying a kitchennete and she was able to give me a 1 bed apartment, as I needed somewhere to cook my food.
