"I sent numerous emails before my arrival and did not get any response. All asked re late checkout when I arrived at 11pm was advised to ask in the morning. Called numerous times in the morning and nobody answered the phone"

"Housekeeping services were wonderful and so responsive when we need more towels, etc. The pool side bar staff were so friendly and provided great service, too. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful when getting taxi services to places."
