"The room was small but clean. There was a couch which was very useful. We couldn't get the TV to work. That was disappointing. The most challenging thing about the property was the driveway. Its a one car only driveway and can be intimidating to some. The Breakfast was not complimentary if you book through Expedia. That said there are plenty of quality breakfast spots .5 miles away. For the price was good through Expedia."

"I personally like no service during my stay. I didn't have to put don't bother sign up, just asked and they complied. Staff is super nice and great area. I stayed in the same room I did last year. It's clean and has a TV with cable. Rather large dresser....with wide / low top...great for travelers. It might be a "dated" paint/ decor...but it's nice. No breakfast, staff is always available. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I wouldn’t even check my dog in to this dump!! They clearly bought it when it was apartments and did the office new and kept everything else a huge disaster. It was beyond awful!! Living room pictured a couch but when we got there we had only two chairs to sit in. Not a comfortable living room. No dishes nothing to cook with. What’s the point of a kitchen and no warning there would be nothing. No towels in the bathroom. Our bed pillows were dirty. The walls were filthy....

"I was very pleased with the room, very clean and comfortable. I would have rated it excellent but for the noise from The room above. I wish there was better sound proofing , the person above me woke me every 2 hours walking hard (probably to the bathroom)."

"Horrible experience, an individual who claimed to be hotel staff knocked on my door and demanded that I move my car from a parking spot she stated was reserved (no visible reservation signage at the spot). The staff is no help easing the situation. highly unsafe and distressing experience overall how access to guest areas is controlled and how staff handle such situations"

"We have stayed at this Marriott many times. The area of Pasadena was once flourishing , but now sadly it has started to look run down. Many restaurants and stores have left this area. It’s too bad."

"The room 100 is very loud with it being next to the stairs. There was also not hot water so we showered mostly luke warm water which felt cold during the time we were there. The air conditioner and everything was loud. The air vent was loud in the bathroom. Beds were nice on the other hand and the room was pretty clean."

"My only complaint is regarding the price of $5.00 for a 6 oz. bottle of milk in the convenience store. That’s offensive. This shopping was only because the coffee bar in my room had powdered cream mate. Yuck!"

"Balcony views, gave champagne and upgrade for my anniversary. We celebrated 16 years ago here for my wedding reception. Place looks even more modern"

"This was definitely an interesting stay. The lobby was the size of a coat closet and had a little electronic kiosk where you check in with a virtual receptionist. You have to request room cleaning before 11am if you want housekeeping to stop by. Room was cute and cozy, but the floors weren't mopped so we kept getting our socks and feet really dirty with all the dust and dirt on the ground. Another super random complaint was that the tv remote didn't have a back button? It got annoying after a...
