The hotel was totally unprepared for our convention of 2000 people. There were hour long waits for food service. They were understaffed. They consistently ran out of food and beverages. The LA Prime restaurant overcooked the sea bass and the drinks were poorly made. The only saving grace was that the rooms were comfortable.

The suite was horrible. The couch bed had no sheets and a dirty mattress. The shower drain was severely clogged and filling up with water. Disgusting

The suite was wonderful, and the view at night was AMAZING. All staff employees were friendly, especially those is the Bonaventure brewery. It was a great was to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday!

Good hotel, the area is not the hotel’s fault but was very unsafe with a too many homeless people.

My experience was terrible. The hotel cancelled my reservation even though Expedia had it confirmed on their end. No one had proper reasoning as to why it was cancelled and I had to rebook the day of and pay extra. No one as helpful. Wifi was terrible and made me go downstairs to get the "password" and when I got downstairs, they stated I could dial '0' on the phone and it would have been given to me. Everything had been such a hassle and inconvenience to me that day. I would never come back.
