The staff is very friendly& it's a convenient spot for going into LA/ near LAX. Has a beautiful pool, attached restaurant, & clean rooms with nice bathroom/shower. My only downside with the experience was I went while they were renovating so there were some areas blocked off downstairs. - Did not interfere with my experience however.

The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt modern and clean. The location was perfect for the YouTube Theater and SoFi events super easy walk. I felt safe, it was quiet, and overall a great experience. Definitely would stay here again.

The room was nice but the shower didn’t drain properly. A puddle would form while using the shower. We called maintenance and they came and “fixed” the issue, but it still persisted after. There was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel. But the location was perfect if you’re attending an event at any of the nearby venues. The Intuit Dome is literally beside the hotel. It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk to the entrance. Overall, my stay was good. I’d return for the prime location.
