This pleasant B&B was a nice change from the normal motels & hotels. It’s on a residential street so the rooms are reasonably quiet (even in front). They are well appointed with a mini-fridge, a safe, a large number of electrical outlets with which to charge things, and even complimentary umbrellas in case it’s raining! There is a large, bright kitchen shared by the three rooms, open 24/7 and well stocked with continental breakfast items (bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, coffee, juice, etc.) Parking is in the rear, and probably the greatest oddity is the rather narrow driveway—don’t expect to park an SUV! My mid-size Audi A4 rental just barely fit, with the parking sensors going crazy as I SLOWLY inched to the back. But no scrapes or scratches. Just be careful. Gayle, the manager, is super-helpful.

Ett trevligt litet ställe

Ett litet B&B, bekvämt, ganska nära en Metro-station. Vid en lugn gata men av någon anledning flög det ofta helikoptrar, som förde oväsen, över stället. Frukost fick man fixa själv i ett välutrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Ingredienserna till frukost fanns i kyl/frys och det fanns i princip allt man behövde, kaffe, the, mjölk, juice, bröd, frukt, m.m. Värdinnan på stället, Gayle, introducerade allt och var trevlig. Centrala Hollywood låg på 20-30 minuters promenadavstånd.

Gayle the manager was very welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze. The room was perfectly sized and perfectly cleaned. The breakfast and snack selections were everything you could need. Would absolutely stay again!

離歡球影城開車只要7分鐘，走路也可走到好萊塢，住宿舒適，乾淨，床超舒服，有附毛巾、浴巾，沐浴乳和洗髮乳是大罐的，有熨斗和熨衣服的桌子，洗衣機和烘乾機可用，洗衣球和烘乾香香的紙可用，有膠囊咖啡機，有免洗杯和免洗餐具，有 要洗的，講究的餐具，桌上水果吃到飽、麥片吃到飽，冰箱牛奶和果汁喝到飽，有附簡單的早餐，也可停車，光碟片看到飽，也有爆米花吃到飽！除了要搬行李到2樓，其他真的找不到缺點了

Fabulous value for money.....

This was a brilliant place to stay in LA. So pleased we stayed here instead of an expensive hotel. The facilities are really good, the kitchen area spotless and the ability to be able to do a wash load was fab. Breakfast was good. You basically helped yourself to anything...it was like a home away from home. There were over 150 dvds to choose from......we thought what's the point of that, you're here to sight see........but when you return tired out from a hot day out exploring it was lovely to choose a dvd and lay back and chill. The b and b is in a safe area with a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. The metro is a 10 min walk away ......and that is easy to use. Would highly recommend staying here.

Just feel like home!!

Small room but very clean!! 房間稍小，但是乾淨，配備齊全，有廚房，整體有家的感覺！位置非常便利，附近就有超市，服務人員很熱心介紹附近區域！但房子有一點美國住家的老舊味道，別有一番風味！

Better than a hotel. Gayle was friendly and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. about 1 1/2 mile walk, $6 Uber, from the strip. Would rent again if ever in the area.

Excellent Hollywood Hotel

I stayed here for 12 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is well situated close to several famous sights, and local amenities, and was impeccably clean. Off-road parking was easy, just mind the slightly narrow driveway! The manager, Gayle, was truly first rate - so helpful and welcoming which made the whole experience that much better. Highly recommend; I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastisk bed & breakfast med gode faciliteter

Fantastisk bed & breakfast med super beliggenhed i roligt kvarter tæt på Hollywood Boulevard. Rent, lækkert med god service. En virkelig god oplevelse.

Great stay

I had a fantastic stay. It’s a quiet b&b with only 3 guest rooms, so you get the feeling of being right at home. Everything was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the communal kitchen came in handy. For breakfast you have access to bagels, fresh fruit, milk, juice, coffee and tea. There’s also a induction stove top to cook anything else you’d want. The kitchen opens up to a patio so you can enjoy your breakfast in the fresh air. Other amenities include full size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), tv, air conditioning, movies and tv shows on dvd, and popcorn. The location was great. Walking distance to several cafes and restaurants. I walked to Griffith park for a day and it was great. Also a short drive to Hollywood walk of fame. The manager Gayle was wonderful and accommodating. She’s always open to communication and pays great attention to the guests needs. She’s just a great person overall. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in LA

Wonderful stay! Recommended!

I stayed here February 2018. It was a very nice and comfortable room. For breakfast there was usually large muffins or bagels (high quality), and bananas and oranges were readily available. Nice coffee, different flavours to suit the individual. Great place to stay with or without a car in Hollywood. If you have a car I would recommend this place for a stay in LA in general (Hollywood and beyond).

A week in Hollywood Heaven

My wife and I stayed for a week in early February at the Hollywood Pensione. There are 3 rooms in this cozy B&B all named after famous Hollywood personalities... we stayed in the 'Elvis Room' which was decorated with period specific play-bills from the King's heyday. We were welcomed by Gayle, the manager for the B&B who lived on the ground level. She showed us the amenities and was quite friendly and accommodating, printing some LA Kings tickets for us from her personal printer. Gayle continued being an excellent host throughout our visit. The room was clean and cozy with a queen sized bed, a large LCD TV and private bathroom. The common areas were well laid out and we took advantage of the kitchen and outdoor sitting area every morning to enjoy coffee and muffins/bagels. There's also a sizable sitting area with a comfy couch. The neighborhood is a close walk to downtown Hollywood attractions (walk of fame, Chinese theater, Pantages/Dolby theaters, etc...) and to the LA Metro. If you're looking for a rural setting, this is not what you'll get at the Hollywood Pensione, but you will find a quiet retreat in the midst of the bustling tourist capital of California. We were lucky enough to arrive when the grapefruit tree in the back yard was producing fruit and we enjoyed several fresh-from-the-tree treats during our stay. Parking is tight; don't come with anything larger than a compact car which will fit into their private parking area.

Ett helt fantastiskt boende mitt i Hollywood.

Ett helt fantastiskt boende mitt i Hollywood. Kan inte annat än att rekommendera detta pensionat som ligger mitt i Hollywood, ett stenkast från Hollywood boulevard och på gångavstånd till Griffith observatory. I närheten finns även riktigt bra och trevliga restauranger. Boendet är lugnt och mycket välskött men bra frukost och service i det delade köket. Bra med parkering på innergården. Känns som hemma!
