"I only stayed for 4 hours on a Long layover delayed flight. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially when my alarm didn't go off and I slept through my wake up call! They come up and banged on the door to wake me up. When I was sprinting through the lobby to catch the shuttle to airport, they flagged the shuttle to wait for me and I was so grateful. Great shuttle service and staff! Above and beyond!!"

"Upon arrival at LAX, we went to the shuttle pickup area and waited for almost an hour and the shuttle was packed! The info said the shuttle came every 30 min. By the time we got to the hotel, the only food option was the lobby restaurant. Spent almost $100 on three burgers and fries. Pretty spendy. Breakfast was good but ended at 9 am and we thought it was at least 9:30 or 10. It put us in a bit of a rush. "

"The only thing about this hotel that is beneficial is the walking distance to Universal Studios otherwise, there’s not really a whole lot around. The hotel is currently under renovations which we were unaware of so there was not really any food options and you had limited times you could order food through room service. I had unexpected charges put on my room that were not mine that I’m currently trying to deal with"

"Stayed for 8 nights. Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff. Key and WiFi code reset a few times during stay, requiring me to stop by front desk to have it reset. Would stay again"

"Amenities are very outdated. Old toilet that doesnt flush well, no ac. Windows dont open. Will provide a fan and small fridge on request. However, there are few outlets and they are so old the plugs fall out. Free standing sink in bathroom with no counter space. Breakfast is very expensive. Parking is high. $35/night. I would not stay here again. "
