"I’ve stayed here before on a couple of my annual summer visits. It’s been around along time and it’s updated and very clean. Most of all it’s very reasonably priced. The host was very accommodating and helpful."

"Booked a king, when we checked in, they gave away our King, so they "upgraded "us to a Queen". Upgraded??? They did give us breakfast to compensate, but I booked a King, as that is what I wanted"

"The stay was wonderful. Could it use a little maintenance? Sure. But everything was clean and you can't beat the view. The only change I would make is maybe upgrade the mattresses as they are a bit springy but wouldn't stop us from coming back. Great place to stay overall."

"This place is great! Bruce is a wonderful host-very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. Beth , the breakfast chef, makes the most delicious breakfasts! The grounds are beautiful and well groomed! Sitting on the screen porch at night with a cocktail was very relaxing! Cannot say enough good things about the inn and the people there! "My husband and I were very impressed with the Golden Apple Inn. We went with my daughter, son in law and my grandsons, ages 12 & 8. We had rooms across the hall from each other, theirs was facing the pool and ours was facing the parking lot. We all enjoyed the pool!! The grounds were very well maintained (my son in law is a landscaper too). The ice machine, vending machines were stocked, and staff on site were absolutely charming!! We went to Storyland, which was only 4 minutes...

"This was our first trip to Storyland with our children (4 and 1). The Inn and More was the perfect place for us. The room was super clean, the pool was pristine, and the playgrounds and river access were perfect for the kids. We ordered takeout and ate dinners on the picnic tables by the playground which was very convenient. There was a pack n play with sheets and an extra blanket ready for us in the room when we arrived. The lounge was fully stocked with snacks and games for the whole family....
