"The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was good with warm items and staff was welcoming. The bedroom was not super clean especially the bathroom floor which clearly had not Been mopped or vacuumed."

"The motel needs updates paint etc.The room was clean except for a spider in the bathtub. The hall way to the room the carpet was wet therefore left a musty smell."

"This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were."

"As time goes by more damages occur! This place isn't immune to those like every other! It's well maintained & the staff albeit one lady I've met is very friendly & helpful! Rooms have nice beds & with fridge & microwave & a toilet what else is needed? WiFi of course, well they've got that too! Dollar store about 200feet from your door too! I almost forgot a garage is also added on to spoil us non garage owners!"

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."

"We take a yearly trip to Canada. On our way home we stay here every year (halfway point). Rooms are consistently clean. Staff are amazing. This year we had an issue with a friend's trailer. The staff allowed us to leave trailer in lot well beyond check out as we traveled back to Minneapolis to get another trailer. Assured us that video would capture anything around our trailer. No issues as area is in a safe area. Always felt very welcome here. Pool and hot tub are always clean, welcome...
