Staff were welcoming and responsive to a water-supply issue that came up during our stay, but the place is pretty beat-up. Money needs to be spent on plumbing / fixtures. There were poorly done patches all over the bathroom, other signs of damage left unrepaired. Amenities are the bare minimum, and several things simply didn't work. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but not likely to ever return.

Older property that has been kept clean and updated enough to be comfortable while still maintaining a budget friendly price. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Shower was clean but could use a new shower head.

Just don't. We didn't. We stayed 2 hours and left. Didn't even ask for a refund. We were unpacking our car to getin our room when the clerk came out and told us we had been "upgraded" to a King room......because the room we were given had water damage? Upon entering said "upgrade" we noticed the smell. Old gym locker room undercurrent to a strong foot odor. My partner sat on the side of the bed to have the whole thing lift up. Investigating, we found the bed was made up of a handmade, unfinished wood base. The box spring was TWO single mattresses placed together with a three inch gap down the center. Topped with the loudest broken down King matress I have ever experienced. It was actually funny. We had a show to see a couple of blocks down so we went to the show, packed up and drove two hours home.

Peephole in door was missing the hardware, just a hole in the door that allowed view into and out of the room. Mini fridge had debris in the bottom and a half bottle of water. Microwave and mini fridge stand wasn't wiped down. Hair and debris under and around microwave. TV showed 2/3 of a picture. Neighboring guests came in around midnight. Toilet was wobbly and the tank leaked. Staff was great though!

The property is dated, but that is no Biggy. The air conditioner worked, and the bed was nice and firm. Clean and comfortable. We had to ask for a hair dryer. The only thing that did work was the WIFI was spotty and the cable was broke on the box, so we couldn't veg to any show.

Room was clean and staff (only saw one person working all weekend) was friendly. This is definately a low frills place - old construction. Plumbing needs work - shower had 2 temperatures - ice cold abd scalding hot.

When we arrived at check in, though we had ordered (and were confirmed) that we wanted a double room with 2 beds, what was reported to the staff was that we simply wanted a double room. Luckily she still had a room with 2 beds. Unfortunately the room she had in mind would not open - not for us when we tried the key card and again when we had it rekeyed and again when she tried the master key. But there was another room upstairs that had a key card that worked but was still being cleaned - we took it because we’d just endured a 4 hour journey through mostly rush hour traffic from Seattle and just wanted to chill a bit before heading to our event. She was a friendly nice woman who’d been having her own bad day and it wasn’t her fault that she’d been given incomplete information and that the lock didn’t work on the first room. The room itself was basic but clean and we both slept well in it.
