"We had a great stay at this apart-hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The surrounding area was excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby, and the location was very convenient being so close to the station. The only minor issue was the green safety light in the room, which was quite noticeable at night. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again."

"I booked this hostel back in January 2026 and when I arrived for my July stay I was told that they've introduced a new age limit policy for dorm rooms and you now have to be under the age of 40 otherwise you have to book a private room. They made an exception in my case because I had booked this prior to the new age discrimination policy being put in place. As of July 14th the property details on hotels.com don't mention the under 40 yrs old rule for Dorm rooms and I'm just highlighting this in my review for other people who are over the age of 40 so they are aware not to book dorm rooms. I hope the hostel owners rethink this ridiculous new policy"

"Booked a double and a twin for a couple of nights in London. There’s a lovely vibe in the hotel and the staff were possibly the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel we’ve stayed in. Rooms are small - particularly the double - but overall would very much recommend it. Great spot."

"Didn't have much interaction with the hotel apart from sleeping. But an excellent well maintained hotel. Was busy at the time we stayed which is always a good sign as to how well it is liked. Had a few drinks in the bar apart from that & using concierge for storing bags on last day. Excellent location, 5 - 10 minutes walk to nearest tube station. Two minutes to Tower Bridge & Tower of London. Costa Coffee & Tesco Express next door. A few pubs/restaurants within 5 minutes walk."
