"From the beginning, communication was excellent. Finding where our unit was straight forward with the map they provided. The unit were very clean and well set up. There are some cooking essentials provided in the kitchen and enough plates and glasses for up to 6. "We were on a family trip with three children. We stayed in the serendipity cottage. The children really appreciated the games that were available. "We liked the firepit and the pond. The cottage is cute and well- stocked. It was not cleaned well after the last guest. We found food in two different areas. The carpets had not been vacuumed. We couldn't find kitchen towels and the tvs were difficult to use."
