"This hotel requires a modernization and some serious sound proofing. You can hear everything through the doors as if you were standing next to the person speaking. The furniture in the rooms is old and needs a refresh. There are no usb ports in the lamps on the night stand and the electrical plugs are few and hard to find. The staff was polite and friendly, but were just going through the motions. Getting out of the parkade was also a challenge. New signage and perhaps no trucks allowed in it as it is very cramped and driving through was like a parkour course. "

"The room we got was double the size of the standard. Ok cleanliness. Fans in the rooms were not too loud at night. There is no AC, do if the room gets hot it's hard to cool with the windows wide open. Beds were firm, pillows were soft. The carpet was bump at different parts of the Inn. No pool. It's an old Inn but still an average Inn. Close to Grout Road so easy to get to downtown or to get to U of A. There is addition fees to stay so watch for those. "

"Only complaint I have and isn’t a biggie. It’s that there is only one ice machine in the lobby gift shop. It takes a long time to walk if you’re at the end of the hallway and don’t want to do a shortcut and go out in the cold. The hallway corners could have a few ice machines tucked in them. Other than that the place is great! Great pool with slide! And the restaurant upstairs is nice with friendly staff!"

"Rooms are immaculate, and the food is a 10/10 every time we stay here. Shelley at the front desk is so helpful, found a way on our last trip to get us a room for another night, because we were having such a great time. She’s amazing and we are always so happy she is working when we come! Hotel and food prices are super affordable and first class in our opinion. We definitely recommend the Century Hotel and Casino for any staycation, which is ours! I only live 8 minutes minutes away, but my daughter lives out of the city. This is always our choice for a mom and daughter date and slays will be! Shout out to security for keeping their guests safe! "

"The hotel is run-down and in a rough area of town. We were greeted at the property by a homeless couple swearing at each other. Once we got inside the hotel, 2 gentlemen were arguing with the desk clerk over money, and it was pretty heated. Not a great impression overall so far. The hallways and common areas were as clean as could be in this run-down hotel. We got to our double-queen room, and it was too small for 4 people. The hotel room was relatively clean. We did find hair in our threadbare bedding, which was gross. The bathroom was as clean as it could be, but the shower looked gross. We refused to use it. Overall, you can tell the hotel was doing its best to stay clean. Breakfast was cereal, pastries, and oatmeal. You aren't even allowed to take your coffee out of the breakfast area. No hot food at all. This hotel is definitely not a hotel I would recommend to anyone, and we won't be coming back. "
