"The rooms were clean upon arrival and were cleaned multiple times with fresh towels over my 5 day stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, a huge thank you to Rachel and Pamela whose kindness made the stay that much more memorable and enjoyable. Breakfast has some changes to it day-to-day which is good if you get bored of the same food day in day out. Plenty of parking for anyone driving, with a shuttle that goes to and from London airport, as well as a quick taxi request at the front desk where necessary. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel."
