"Great location. Because it is very central (5 mins walk to the ferry and Como Lago train station) you may hear some noise from people passing on the street below. Accommodation was very well equipped. NB there is no lift and most of the accommodation offered was on the 3rd floor. Near plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and gelaterias. Cathedral within 4 mins walk and church round the back of the apartment so you may hear the odd bell bong-ing."

"Our stay was very uncomfortable and we had either some type of bugs or mosquitos in the room. The shower had mold and the bathroom smelt sewage. The shower door didn’t close completely and the water went everywhere. The room was so uncomfortable and uncozy. The lights on the ceiling are bright like train station lights. The sheets felt 100 years old with soft and horrible texture.
In the beginning the team were nice and I didn’t want to make this review public but when the general manager...

"Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive."
