"The rooms were very clean, exactly like in the pictures. Items like dental kit, water, loofa, snacks are complementary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good stay for a good price. Just, mind that it says that shuttle from the airport is available and it’s not… I tried messaging and got no answer so, called and asked about it and they said that they didn’t provide that service. Other than that, it was all according to description "

"On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. "The neighborhood is walkable, which is a tough find for an Indian city. It was even walkable from the metro station. The room was very good other than the fact that I had no view whatsoever. The translucent windows opened out to a back alley staircase. The hotel diner and housekeeping were very good."

"From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am.
