"The building and grounds need maintenance. There's rotting window sills and rain damage on the ceiling, spots of bleach on the carpets and the doorknob of a closet came off in my hand. The TV in the room is incredibly small, the size of a computer screen. You don't come to a hotel to watch TV but like showers, you expect a nice experience. The breakfasts were ok, but not great."

"The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again."

"We really enjoyed 2 nights at Westbrook Inn. The bed is comfortable, breakfast is delicious, house is beautiful, staff is supper kinda and helpful. Overall Westbrook is a cute town and we certainly feel rejuvenated and happy in this anniversary trip."

"The woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room wasn't the cleanest, there was either dust and/or mold on the valance and curtains. The floor was dirty, had to walk around with shoes or flip flops on because my feet were filthy from walking for 5 minutes. Looked like smeared blood on the wall and saw possibly a roach in the room."

"The bed was firm, the air conditioner worked well, the room was sufficient. Interacting with the staff was very pleasant and helpful. This is an older facility that isn’t a convenient location and if you simply need a spot to lay your head, this is a good spot."

It was the perfect size for two people, offering plenty of room to relax while still feeling cozy. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and enjoy our time together. "it was a short conversation when I checked in. The front desk asked for my ID copy and credit card, did not mention other things like breakfast arrangement, nearby restaurant info if we are interested. The breakfast is very basic, even did not have hot oatmeal. Its location is good."
