"The cabin was wonderfully clean, cozy and sturdy that I felt safe even with strong wind and waves making noises. The huge clean windows allowed me to just sit in the living room and gazed at the mountains range in front, The vista changed daily with different weather. The kitchen is well equipped allowing us to cook the fresh seafood bought from grocery store, A wonderful stay indeed."

"Nous avons passés une très bonne nuit. Chambre moderne et spacieuse. Retrait des clés rapide. Sauna très agréable et petit déjeuner très apprécié avec une belle variété d’aliments. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! Juste pour info : il y avait une odeur de nourriture désagréable dans le couloir (nous étions au dessus du restaurant). Peut être faudrait-il mettre une diffuseur de parfum afin d’atténuer ces odeurs ?"

"Room was clean and cosy. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped for food prep and cooking. Heaters in kitchen and living room broke down on the last night of our stay but good that hotel provided a portable heater. Would be good if hotel could provide larger waste bin in the kitchen. Would also be good if reception was open for longer on weekends or at least have a contact number to call when it was closed. Breakfast was yummy with a good spread. Loved the waffle-maker. The views from our room...

"The hotel was amazing, such as the staff! The only thing, we had an early flight from Leknes, so please plan ahead,as there are road closures, the Nappstraumtunnelen (undersea road tunnel) in Lofoten, has nightly closures (11 PM - 6 AM) until late 2027 for upgrades, with limited convoys at midnight & 3 AM, and daytime delays due to traffic control; there's no alternative route, so use the Vegvesen app or Statens vegvesen website for live updates before traveling. "
