The property manager Catalina was exceptional. She arranged all transportations to help get us around because of language barriers. Palazzo Maringelli Is highly recommended. I would rate it a 10 "

"The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the apartment named Carla, which was very well decorated and very comfy. No expense was spared with little details, such as a basket full of bathroom essentials (should you forget anything), and the cleaner checked in with us every day to see if we needed the apartment to be cleaned. I would highly recommend Dei Serafini and their properties to anyone wishing to stay in the centre of the old part of Polignano a Maré. "
