"Excellent central location near to both railway stations. Hostel was clean, comfortable and modern; excellent bunk beds in smaller men’s dorm; large lockers (remember to bring a small padlock or hire one for 2Euros). Nice kitchen/lounge area; good showers. Would definitely stay there again."

"Stylish and clean 2-bedroom apartment with a lift, right across the street from the train station and a close walk to the city center, Old Lille, Citadel, shopping and restaurants. Friendly and thoughtful property manager. I'd definitely recommend this stay. "

"super appartement, très bien placé, vieille ville accessible à pied 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain au top point négatif, le salon donne sur une terrasse commune, mais pourquoi ???? le fin rideau ne permet pas de cacher l'intérieur le soir, vraiment dommage autre point un peu négatif : une des chambre a une mini fenetre qui donne sur le salon et qui ne possede pas de rideau occultant, donc reveillé tot tous les matins "

"It exceeded my expectations! The accommodation is clean! The stay is a bit complicated because the hotel's security system is very good! The room is very clean! I am very pleased. "Lovely hotel spotlessly clean, kettle in room and very eco. Cant fault it for quality The hotel did not include breakfast and they tried to charge me £52 tax instead of €5. The staff were young and a bit rude about it and perhaps their lack of english and not understanding I did not want breakfast but it got sorted out, as I had my reciept from hotels com.bI must say the chamber maid ataff where lovely and polite as were the staff in evening. I would definately stay with this hotel again."

"Stayed here again 2 times in one week as part of a longer trip, always good friendly staff, clean and tidy bar area although rooms still too hot. They could do with small Fans for the room at least or better ventilation, can’t really have window blinds open much or people can see in. And this doesn’t really cool the room down enough anyway. Nice area outside by the pizza bar plenty of seats and lovely bee hive in the corner which was a nice touch. We always love staying here and will be back again soon. "

Good option off the beaten path

"I booked this last minute after a problem with another hotel and it was a great choice. The only bad thing was there is not 24 hour staff but how often do you need that? The lady that helped me when I checked in was so nice friendly and helpful. Mention was big, comfy bed and great linens, and had a kitchenette "
