"The room was decent. The door was awful to open kept getting stuck. We booked 3 rooms and were placed right next to each other, which was nice since a previous multiple room stay we were separated. The kids used the pool and loved it. The staff were nice and friendly. We paid 22 for two cars parking and the day was checked out 11am we were able to leave our cars parked there all day while we toured the falls. Breakfast lacked for small children"

"Overall excellent. I had an issue with the refrigerator but due to maintenance not being available, I took it upon myself to resolve it since it was imperative to have it ready. So, it was all about reconnecting to the electric outlet and rearranging the connections. It all worked out. I have no idea as to the reason for the cable to be disconnected from the wall. But it was good after that."

"The inroom spa tub was wonderful. The room was clean and really quiet. The bed was good but they need new pillows. The property was nice but parking is not great on the property. There are several city parking lots I front of the hotel but the city was re-paving the surrounding roads and parking lots so it will be better in the future?"
