"The property is old but still in pretty good shape. Room was fine, nothing exceptional. Breakfast was included and was hot and very good."

"Spectacular stay. The castle is such a unique experience as a hotel and we loved every minute. The property is beautiful and the service was five star. The only negative was a giant beehive outside our room which prevented us from opening the window. A couple bees also made it inside our room but we were able to “guide” them back out with a small towel. Fortunately neither of us are allergic but my wife was not happy. However this didn’t ruin our stay and we would absolutely return and recommend...

"This was a last minute booking so didn’t really have an expectation, however from arriving to leaving it was a lovey experience, the room was a little dated but clean with lovely view over the loch . Bed very comfortable and en/suite clean . We had already eaten during the day so didn’t use the restaurant in the evening instead choosing a pizza as a bar meal which was nicely presented and tasty . The bonus for the evening was a live singer who sang a selection of different hits we all know...
