"I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime."

"Great location to Bentonville area, just one exit away. They stated that an outside bike wash station is in the works. Breakfast was above the normal mini muffins with cheese egg omelets, fruit and of course waffles. Pool and laundry available. Only one elevator may make it busy during peak times. Fridge(no Freezer section) and microwave in room. Parking on site."

"Despite what Expedia says, I can confirm there is not pool and no free breakfast here. It seems like they've changed some things and I was told they filled in the pool a couple years ago. When you check in, it looks like there's an area where free breakfast would be available, but it's set up as a cafe with menu items and prices and such. My kids were heartbroken after they boldly walked behind the counter to start getting their breakfast stuff, and I did a double-take and told them to get...

"Great location. Large lobby with comfortable seating, library-like feel. Breakfast buffet for $15.99 included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cereal. Fresh coffee in lobby. Our room with 2 queen beds was spacious. Beds were plush. Bathroom was not cramped. Although we didn’t have time to use the facilities this trip, the pool and workout room looked great! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville."
