Fantastic ambience and decor, smells amazing. Rooms large and comfortable, service/staff excellent. A little remote so would suggest a car but great that’s what you’re looking for as it’s peaceful and no traffic or other properties nearby. Around the pool - there is a loud (guessing) Spin or HIIT class 10-12 but that was the only noise we encountered. Poss would benefit from a sunbed/pool ambience upgrade to match the chic hotel interiors but it was still really nice.

Hotel Hacienda family holiday stay.

The hotel reception staff were very friendly. Especially the lovely man who checked us in it's a pity l can't remember his name.The only thing l would suggest to improve is that the host for the breakfast to smile and be less abrupt. The lady who did our taster menu dinner was absolutely fantastic couldn't do enough for us, made the whole experience super special. Also the lady with red hair at the pool bar very lovely welcoming and patient. On the whole our stay was exceptionally good. I Especially loved the breakfast, great options l would say for everyone. I would definitely return.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area, good base to explore Palma or the rest of the island but also good for chill-out at the nice pool, bar etc. Very frendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and dinner, good gym... eventhough Germans like complaining, I can't think of anything to complain about 😀

The hotel is very nice and clean! However, the food is quite expensive for its quality (and we tried different alternatives as we were there for several days). Same for the drinks: cannot recommend any cocktail apart from the Pinna Colada; wine would be a safer option. Also important to note is that outside bar/restaurants are already closed at this time of the year. Lastly, the water temperature at the pool is quite cold although the weather wasn’t exactly warm, and the sauna is very small (max 2-3 persons can fit). Saying all this as the hotel isn’t at the beach nor close to the city center (~20 min with Uber), so if the idea is to retreat there for some days, these are aspects to account for.

Exceptional

The complex is phenomenal - great for golfers and families alike. We stayed with our two kids, the outside pool area is nestled a stones throw away from the main restaurant area, but it has its own pool bar which serves drinks and snacks. There is a small pool inside and gym with modern equipment - you can take a run along a beach with the screen of the treadmill showing you the path! The quality of the public areas of the hotel and the rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious, very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The service at the hotel is exceptional, but hey it's a Marriott!! In terms of location, it's 15-20 mins by car from the airport but not affected by the flight path, and 25 mins to Palma. If the hotel complex fits your budget, you'll have zero regrets in booking it.

Nicely renovated hotel with a cool vibe. Very modern and comfortable. Easy parking. Pool area is a little outdated in my opinion. Staff overall is not very serviceminded - seems like they just gotta do what they gotta do - no more no less. For sure not 5-star worthy. Restaurant is also a disappointment. Service was slow, no one asked if all was good or we wanted more drinks. Ordered same desserts but got different things. Hair in coffee and some other things as well.

Nice staff. Comfortable and nice resort. Some issues in kitchen. Evening food was not great. Some breakfast food was very good, at other times some elements poor. E.g. bread and pastries very good. Bacon/sausage poor. Some items missing due to ordering problems chef said.

Not worth the money. The restaurant service at lunch was bad, expensive and unattentive. We needed to get some water for the room and they directed me to the bar were they charged me 7 euros for 1 liter bottled water but the bottle was open before he gave it to me.Had to ask for a new one if I was going to pay 7 euros for it… We received a room were walls was to thin next to the other guests. It was only a door that separeted us from them and that’s why we could hear them. Booked this for my friends 30th birthday and expected a much better hotel than received. The chef making eggs at the breakfast was also very rude. + is front desk, cleaning staff and pool guy was kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel. But for a 5 star hotel with an offbeat location, not worth the money!

Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies. Overall a comfortable hotel for a longer stay - courtyard and common area are beautiful.
